1. 0190 minutes plus light audit

   We We run the call, do the audit, write the brief. You get the capability map and tier recommendation whether you move forward or not. You You show up to one 90-minute call and answer honest questions. If you move forward, the brief becomes the spec. If not, you walk away with the audit notes.

2. 02Days 1 to 3

   Spec

   We turn the discovery brief into a written contract for every capability we are about to install. No drift, no scope creep that surprises either of us.

   • Written spec per capability in scope
   • Visual reference set (mockups or component sketches where useful)
   • Confirmed install timeline (from spec sign-off)
   • Signed SOW with payment terms

   We We write the spec, hand it to you, iterate on your edits. You You review and edit the spec. You have full control here. Once you sign off, the install timer starts.

3. 03Days 4 to 7 or 4 to 21; Agents scopes at discovery

   Install

   We build against the spec. One client at a time means your build is the only one we are working on. Daily progress, weekly demo, weekly proof.

   • Foundation: public surface live in 7 days
   • Operations: full operating system live in 21 days
   • Agents: agent capability live at scope-anchored milestones
   • Workspace provisioned and configured (when in scope)
   • Documentation handoff: how to use the system, who to call when something breaks

   We We build, demo, iterate. Your install is the only one we are working on. We also draft every word of copy on the new system (page narrative, service descriptions, team bios, FAQ) so the build clock never waits on your writing. You You join one Friday demo per week (45 minutes), respond to questions within 24 hours, validate the copy we draft, and review the launch.

4. 04Ongoing through subscription

   Iterate

   Most agencies hand you a finished site and disappear. The integrations drift, the CMS rots, the workflow becomes legacy. We do not disappear.
