HONEST ANSWERS
How we price.
- Why "starting at" and not a fixed price?
- Scope variance is honest. Foundation has a public floor because the smallest version is well-bounded: site, booking, reviews. Operations and Agents vary too much engagement-to-engagement for a public sticker. We name the total at discovery once we have walked your actual setup.
- How does the Agents tier work?
- Agents takes two shapes. Ongoing: a monthly retainer covering voice and SMS qualification, content generation, review and nurture flows, plus an optional performance share on attributable closed work. Bespoke: one-time custom agent installs for document classification, intake routing, lead follow-up, treatment-plan follow-up, recall outreach. You can engage one shape or both. Scope and total are named at discovery.
- Are Operations and Agents floors public anywhere?
- On request. Email us with the rough shape and we will share the floor for that scope before the discovery call. We do not publish them on the site because the public floor would either undershoot (and trigger expansion surprise) or overshoot (and scare off a fit). The floors are real; they are just paired with scope.
- What about audits, sit-alongside, or virtual receptionists?
- Those live in the Inquiry band, not in the tier ladder. We ship surface audits, sit-alongside engagements (we add the one piece missing from your existing setup without a full rebuild), and virtual receptionist installs at $800 per focused day or $3,500 per week (1-week minimum on weekly). One-off; no retainer required.
- Do you offer ongoing support?
- Yes. Foundation owners can opt in if they want; otherwise self-admin is fully feasible. Operations installs carry ongoing support because integrations and third-party tools need monitoring. Agents is itself the ongoing layer; the retainer is how the agents stay tuned and the work keeps shipping. Rate scoped at discovery to match what your business actually needs.
- How do payments work?
- 50% deposit at kickoff, 50% at launch. On installs over $8,000 we offer a 25/25/50 split. On installs over $10,000 we offer 12-month financing at a +10% premium. Inquiry-band engagements billed weekly on the weekly track or at scope-anchored milestones on day-rate engagements.
- What happens in discovery?
- A 90-minute call plus a light audit of your current setup. We map your situation to the right tier and scope the total. Free, no obligation. If we are not the right fit, you walk away with the audit notes.
