    Free. We map your situation to three to seven of our sixteen capabilities and scope the tier. No upsell pressure on this call.

  2. Days 1 to 3

    Spec

    We turn the discovery brief into a written contract for every capability we are about to install. No drift, no scope creep that surprises either of us.

  3. Days 4 to 7 or 4 to 21; Agents scopes at discovery

    Install

    We build against the spec. One client at a time means your build is the only one we are working on. Daily progress, weekly demo, weekly proof.
